Gary Smart who has led our youth team for many years with Diane Paddon, explains in this video how the youth team and other church family have been involved in the Bristol Noise since 2011.
The Noise is a city wide project to show God’s love in practical ways. Over the years the team have dug manure, done weeding, helped to run fun days both locally and around the city and done countless acts of service. The idea of serving then developed into having a Serving Sunday each month where the young people go out into the community and get stuck in, showing that love of God and always being ready to give and answer to the question, “Why are you doing this?”
In the video Gary recounts how being involved in the Noise has had a big impact on the young people in the youth group, acting as a springboard for other types of service.
